Zhenlun’s all-in-one washing, filling & sealing machine has been developed and special design for linkage with our one stage ISBM machine since last two years. Now it is running at our customer’s workshop.
The both machines linkage running features as below:
- Both machines placed together, the bottle feeding distance is just 1 meter long, on the top side covered by the laminar flow hood, it can achieve aseptic transferring.
- The Washing-Filling & Sealing machine has 4 stations which same as one stage ISBM machine so that both can be running at the same time, linkage running perfectly.
1st station: Ion air washing
2nd station: Filling
3rd station: Sealing
4th station: Bottle transfer out
- The both machines linkage running together can achieve aseptic production which same as BFS machine, but comparing with BFS machine, it has the below advantages:
- Less weight of infusion bottle
- Higher transparency
- Save material (no need to cut the top and bottom side)
- Higher capacity
- Cost-effective
