Production Management

We have two factories in China which equipped with high-precision mold manufacturing equipment and a professional assembly line for complete machines. Standardized operating procedures and real-time production monitoring systems are implemented throughout the entire process, from precision component machining to complete machine assembly and debugging. Through the lean production management model, we effectively shorten the delivery cycle and strictly control the assembly accuracy and operational stability of each equipment while ensuring production capacity.

R & D Management

We have an experienced R&D team covering multiple professional fields such as mechanical design, mold engineering, electrical automation, and process debugging. We continue to invest in research and development and have achieved multiple core technological breakthroughs in the field of one-step injection molding, including bilateral mold linkage technology, integrated molding technology for infusion bottles and rings, etc. We have obtained multiple utility model patents and invention patents.

Quality control runs through the entire process of product design, component procurement, manufacturing, complete machine assembly, and factory debugging.
