One-step injection stretch blow molding technology utilizes residual heat from preform injection to blow bottles directly, eliminating storage and reheating processes. This integrated approach removes the need for additional equipment such as separate injection machines, blow machines, preform feeders, conveyors, and welding hanger machines, significantly reducing floor space, labor costs, and utility consumption.
Space Saving: No additional equipment needed, save much cost for the air conditioner.

2nd staion: Utilize the residure heat of the preform to preblow,and adjust the temperature deviation.
3rd station has the special function to garantee the bottle wall thickness more than 0.12mm.
