One-step injection stretch blow molding technology utilizes residual heat from preform injection to blow bottles directly, eliminating storage and reheating processes. This integrated approach removes the need for additional equipment such as separate injection machines, blow machines, preform feeders, conveyors, and welding ring machines, significantly reducing floor space, labor costs, and utility consumption.

While standard bottle mouth inner diameter in the market is 18mm, our technology achieves 16mm, allowing smaller caps and reducing overall bottle costs. Our patented bottle lifting ring integration eliminates welding processes, greatly improving production yield.
